This region is the center of high-class port wines \u2013 and the grapes of Porto Cruz Tawny also come only from the best vines of the Douro Valley.<\/p>\n<p>In this well-known and impressive wine-growing region, the fruit grew on granite and slate soils, on spectacular steep slopes and under excellent climatic conditions with plenty of sunshine. Porto Cruz sells 10 million bottles a year to 50 different countries, making it the largest brand specializing in the production of port wines.<\/p>\n<p>It is a young Red Port with a nice ruby colour. The elegant and floral bouquet features fruity notes and its intense aroma is a reminiscent of red fruits and berries with a fresh and balanced finish.
